BioOn March 26th, 2007 I began the Southbeach Diet. This journal is about my goal to lose 40 pounds by August. I am 29 years old, 5'1 and weigh about 175 pounds. My ideal weight is 130-135lbs. I am a curvy woman who doesn't want to lose that but needs to get the right curves back. Wish me luck.
